She manages all training courses and services to companies, as well as collaborations with International Fashion Schools. She is also responsible for the IT section, the prototyping laboratories, and the UNI EN ISO: 9001 quality management system.

He has developed specific technical skills in: Applied Research, Biotechnologies, Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Costing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Risk Management, Technology Transfer. He is also the curator of Innovation Square by Lineapelle.

  Gilberto Ballin, born in 1975, after his studies gained experience abroad, in major companies in the footwear sector. In 1998, he joined Moda di Fausto, the family business founded in 1978 in Vigonovo (VE), becoming responsible for the creation of the collections and their marketing. He was a member of the Presidential Committee A.C.Ri.B. until 2019. From 2008 to 2012, he was President of the Young Footwear Entrepreneurs of the Brenta Riviera and from 2013 to 2016 he was President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Assocalzaturifici. Since 2020, he has held the position of president of the Footwear-Acrib Section of Confindustria Ve-Ro.
